3 weeks camp for 4 15 year olds from 9 countries

The individual program theme gives each StepUp its own note. The young people independently develop ideas for this program topic, which are then planned in self-dependent small groups with the support of the accompanying persons and implemented in activities for all participants. We want the participants to develop intercultural awareness, leadership, self-esteem and co-operation skills, and to establish lasting friendships. At the so-called “Local Impact Day” the delegates are active in the local community, on the “Open Day” they present their everyday program life and their countries of origin. At the beginning, the adolescents also spend a weekend with a host family to get to know the culture of the host country. StepUp details
